With a aim to identify, to get-together under one platform, to know each other, to help each other, to share their experience, to guide the aspirants of Govt jobs for our community members and so…… on.
Sangha
wishes, all the Swakula Sali Govt. employees of Karnataka state,
Retired/Working in various State Govt/Central Govt/Banks/Public Sector
Organizations/Govt. Aided Establishments / Institutions shall actively participate in the meet.
Publication of Souvenir:
As a part of Govt. Employees’ Meet-2012, Sangha wishes to publish
a Souvenir which consists of;
List
of all Swakula Sali Govt. Employees of Karnataka state: working/retired
in various Govt Offices /Organizations/Institutions etc.:
This will help our community Bandhu to know each other, interact,
to strengthen ourselves & aim towards over all development in
career improvement & mentor the younger generation in right path to
march towards high profile govt jobs. In this context all the Govt employees/officials of Karnataka state,Retired/ Working in variousStateGovt/CentralGovt/Banks/PublicSectorOrganizations/GovtAided Establishments/ Institutions of our communityto fill in the enclosed FORMAT & send it to the office of the Sangha through post/courier or through e- mail on or before 30th Nov 2012.
b. Articles relating to career growth/personality development:
The
articles shall be focused towards, getting govt jobs, identifying high
profile jobs, information on avenues for govt employments, grooming the
community youngsters towards obtaining the govt jobs & career
development.
In
this context Sangha invites highly informative articles (in brief) from
our community personalities: The articles can be on following issues:

· Professional approach towards getting govt employment.
· Importance & effectiveness of High profile govt jobs

· Various kinds of constrains faced while acquiring Govt jobs. Avenues to overcome them.
· Ideas/Actions to improve our community.
