JAGO SWAKULA JAGO

Matrubai Srikanth was at his best when he took the stage after Lunch on the day of Swakula Chetana launch. 

The crowd just had a heavy meal and were feeling drowsy and the topic of "JAGO SWAKULA" seemed just right to wake up the Swakula Sali community.,  more than just literally. 

The Crowd were in relaxful mood and were not in a mood to listen to another speech and Srikanth Matrubai rightfully and thoughtfully decided to switch to a interactive session and started the programme with the words....."BOLO SRI JIHVESHWARA MAHARAJ KI......."

"JAI" resounded the hall, by now packed to the brim. 

Srikanth Matrubai first attracted the crowd saying "Hi, bandhus, I will be asking you people very very simple questions...If you get it right... I have got some prizes , and if you do not get it right, the prize will be mine!". 

That made the crowd alert. 

The Quiz started....

The First Question

There was a rush to answer.....

The answer everyone gave was ..."Anant Swamy Maharaj". I had to clarify and say "NO., Anant Swamy was not the First Sant from the Swakula Sali community.. Can anyone give a better answer"?

Mrs.Kavitha.S. tried the answer..

She answered "Joga Paramand"? doubtfully...
I said "why are so hesitant"?? "let us see the answer on the screen".



And, yes she was right.

The next question came up... By now the crowd was on their toes and wanting to pounce on the mike to answer the question.....

Now, this was a easy question and almost everyone knew it...






Mr. Ekbote Narayan gave the right answer...

The Third question came up...

Now, this was tough by any means.
The answers varied from as low as 2 Lakhs to 1.5 crores!!!



It really surprised me that our Swakula Sali bandhus were so ignorant about their own numbers.
I gave many chances, but each one's answer was wide of the correct figure. I finally gave a hint.....'THE POPULATION IS NOT ABOVE 10 LAKHS". Saying this, I announced, that only two more persons will be given the chance to answer..
